With the year coming to a close, we would like to reflect on the many important events on A Primitive Place this past year.

Kristine (Maggie's Farm) was first contacted by Bill Mathews, photographer for Country Sampler magazine. Over the duration of the year, Country Sampler magazine chose 15 of the homes they saw on A Primitive Place to be featured in their magazine.

Sarah (All Roads Lead Home) joined the APP Staff as Assistant Editor, Forum Coordinator and Moderator.

Bonnie (prims4me) joined the APP staff as Director of Publications and Marketing and a moderator for APP. She also is the mastermind behind the APP Blog.

Dana (homespuntreasures) joined the APP Staff as Hospitality Coordinator.

We very honored and proud to announce the addition of Linda Rudman (Behind My Red Door) to the APP Staff!
Linda joined us as Contributing Prim Writer. Each month she writes a column filled with her Primitive Musings. -

APP got a makeover – new website launched.

We commemorated Fall with 2 pages full of Fall Displays.

Very first Private Sale held for APP members. Items were donated by APP members and all proceeds went to support APP! It was a huge success...selling out all items!

Oh wow! I got the goosebumps reading that recap! What a wonderful busy year at APP. I am honored to be a small part of it all and I cannot wait to see what 2010 holds. I predict big things! WOOHOO! Happy New Year APP!!!

Congratulations to all of you for a great 2009! I see there are some things I missed before joining in August, so I will get busy catching up during our cold and snowy Wisconsin winter. Mmmm sounds like fun! Happy New Year APP!
